Scottish Country Dance musicians are very valuable and are in great demand because dancers like to dance to live music. People all over the world enjoy Scottish Country Dancing and here in the north of Scotland we have many classes and events all through the year. It is very rewarding playing for dancers who appreciate live music.

RSCDS Forres is celebrating it's 75th anniversary in 2025 and one of our special events is a Musicians Day School followed by an evening dance.

The Day School would enable you to play for Scottish Country Dancing. This would open up a new direction for your musical talents and give you a great deal of satisfaction and pleasure.

The Day School is for musicians of all ages
who play to the equivalent of Grade 5 or over
